To transfer-out of the University of Wisconsin-Superior to another U.S. based educational institution, you must complete the SEVIS transfer-out form and provide the OIP with a copy of your admission letter. Our office will process your request, determine your release date and send your SEVIS record to your new institution. The release date will normally be the end of the current semester, unless you are on Optional Practical Training.
